To Return An Item:
Simply call or email us at customerservice@ergocube.com to request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). RMA Numbers are required for all returns. Returns sent to our office without an RMA Number will not be accepted. Once you have an RMA number, please send your package to:
